Returns and Cancellations

Please choose your product(s) carefully, we do not refund if you order the wrong product(s); but at our discretion, we may exchange for another product, if we deem the product is in re sellable condition,

Undamaged with original packaging. In this case you must pay for the Freight for the return and replacement of the item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their intended use. Although Ramps New Zealand staff may advise on product suitability and compatibility, through our website or otherwise, we cannot guarantee that it will work with your equipment and we take no responsibility that it will meet your requirements.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported Ramps New Zealand within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This should be done by E-mail, Fax or Phone. In this instance, customers agree to pay for all freight charges to and from Ramps New Zealand. For all faulty product, Please allow 2 weeks replacement time depending on stock availability. If we are unable to supply at that time, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date.
