Ramps New Zealand Limited is a division of T & M Marketing Limited, which is the company that will process your order.

All goods will be shipped with in 48 Hours of acceptance of payment, (subject to availability). If we are un able to supply the requested product you will be notified by email. At this point you will advise when the stock will be available and you will have the option to cancel your order or be notified when the product becomes available.

If any goods are faulty we request that you contact us on 09 634-4628 or email sales@ramps.co.nz and ask for a return authority. We will then pass the goods onto our supplier who will repair / replace them. You are responsible for costs in getting the item to us, we will return the goods to you when they are repaired / replaced.

The material and information provided on this Website and related communications are provided on an "as is" basis. Any reference to products or services on this Web site is for information purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or a recommendation of those products or services by us. Any use of this information is at the users risk.

1. Ordering

We do not currently ship to, or take orders from overseas.

If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

All goods remain property of Ramps New Zealand Ltd until payment has been received in full. Until the title passes, Ramps new Zealand can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Ramps New Zealand Ltd owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

2. Pricing

All Prices quoted on the web page are for cash in $NZ (New Zealand), and should be regarded as current.
